Use of the App
RiceList is a personal task prioritisation tool. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within RiceList is owned by Forest Ocean Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Data
Task data you create in RiceList is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Forest Ocean Apps is not liable for any loss of data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RiceList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forest Ocean Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RiceList.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.
